Can I receive a refund for my order?

As long as the order does not have a shipping label created or is already being packed, then we can usually cancel and refund the order. Please email info@goldleafbookbox.com to see if you are eligible.

What if I need to change my shipping address?
If a shipping label hasn't been created yet, you can change your shipping address in your customer portal. We ask that once you receive your shipping notification, you double check that your address is up to date. If there is any issue, please email us ASAP, we will not be able to assist in address changes once the parcel has been dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged-what do I do?

We check all items to make sure they are correct before shipping them. Unfortunately, sometimes an item may arrived damaged, for which we apologize. If you do receive an item that is damaged, please email us and we will try our best to replace it for you. With the nature of customized book editions, our guidelines for book damage criteria are below:

A tear, rip, cut, or visible scratch on the front of the book/dust jacket or spine larger than 2cm

Minor page bleeding or unevenly sprayed edges.

Off-centre stencilled where part of the central design is cut off.

White spots, small marks,  or scratches on sprayed or stencilled edges, or issues with the top or bottom edges of the book

Dented or crushed corners bigger than 2cm.

Slightly blurry stencilled designs, or designs off- centred by less than 5mm.

More than one ripped or bent page that affects the text on the pages

Ripped or damaged blank pages, or small tears on endpapers which do not affect the overall design

Water damage

Wavy pages.
